Hello and Easter Blessings!!!

Time flies when you are having fun!!! The Lord has been gracious to us and given us sooo much fun so time really flies for us!!!! Here we are in the middle picture with our friends at Lakeside Extended Care and Rehab in Harbor Beach. The back left Bunnie is our friend Richard Roberts who plays marvelous banjo and sings and puts up with us for the wonderful cause of loving people. We sing and play with Richard at 2 facilities in Harbor Beach. Lower left is our friend Ilene who lives here at Lakeview Extended Care and Rehab who plays delightful piano all by ear.. she is wonderful!!! Ilene brought her piano here and during the week the residents enjoy Ilene as she serenades them with soothing panio music. Here is Buggsie Bunnie...Buggsie Bunnie doesn't bring Easter Candy, nor Easter Baskets... He brings a beautiful message of Jesus Promise and Love for us. Here is a special poem Buggsie gives each resident as we arrive. Red is for the blood He gave, Green is for the grass He made, Yellow is for the sun so bright, Orange is for the edge of night, Black is for the sins we made, White is for the Grace He gave, Purple is for His hour of sorrow, Pink is for our New Tomorrow. A bag full of Jelly Beans Colorful and Sweet, Is a prayer, is a promise Is a special treat, May the JOY of Christ’s Resurrection fill your heart with HOPE and bless your life with Jesus Love!!! We tell them as they do eat jelly beans to remember this poem and the Promise Jesus has for them!!!! Buggsie puts this poem on a egg shaped piece of paper and on the back of it is the GOSPEL PROMISE FOR EVERYONE IN THE WORLD ... John 3: 16 - For God so Loved The World that He gave His Only Begotten Son that Whosoever Believes in Him Shall Not perish but have Everlasting Life!!!! May this poem and Scripture Promise touch your heart today and forever!!! Jesus loves you sooo much, you are sooo precious to Jesus that if your were the only one here on this earth Jesus would of died for you alone so you could be in Heaven with Him forever. It is Jesus desire that NOT ONE PERSON PERISH BUT WOULD HAVE ETERNAL LIFE WITH HIM FOREVER!!!!! With that said here is a prayer, pray this prayer if you never asked Jesus into your heart or pray this prayer if you would like to renew your faith...

Dear Jesus, Thank You for dying on the cross and destroying satans scheme for me. Thank You for defeating death, and rising from the dead OH GLORIOUS DAY!!! Resurrecting on the 3rd day, so that I can live with you FOREVER!!!! Jesus I am sorry for my sins and I ask you to forgive my sins. I ask you Jesus to make yourself real to me today and come into my heart right now so that I can live forever with you. You are the only way Jesus and I accept you into my life today. Christmas Time 2008

Dear Friends, Wowzer!!!! Has it been a long time since we have blogged!!! A lot has happened in 2008 and here it is January 13th 2009. Here are just a few things that have went on in the last 1/2 year. November 11th 2008 The Lord blessed us with a new Grandson. Carson Eric Stout. He is adorable and healthy we are sooo excited!! In December we were asked to sing for a Elf Program at Harbor Beach School. Here is a photo of that. Raymond complained the whole time because I made him elf ears that looked like Cinnamon buns!!!! Also in December we were asked to sing for the Elkton Retirees and here are our friends Josey and Gladys with Raymond. Next but my goodness... we sang or should I say Raymond's sister and I, Raymona sang for the Red Hatters Christmas Party . Here is a photo of the Queen Mom and Raymona. Raymond showed up later but how lovely Raymona looked!!! We had a wonderful Christmas and we hope you did too!! We pray all is well with you all and The Lord brings you in a closer relationship with Him. Jesus is the Reason For The Season!!!

We had the most wonderful wonderful Anniversary!!!!!! At the Top you see Raymond and I with our FIVE YEAR OLD CAKE TOPPER and cake wire of the bride and groom Raymond made and the happiest girl in the world!!! ME SUSAN!!! We had the most wonderful Anniversary day we sat around and reminisced and looked at photos and our scrapbook. NEXT!!!!! SUPRISE SUPRISE SUPRISE!!!!Our Precious Friend Deb and the other nurses and Residents at Autumwood Thu us a Anniversary Party!!!! Deb and others there keep an eye on our website and Deb told everone and Deb made a WONDERFUL YUMMIE cake and our other friend Nancy and the residents designed a card for us!!!! Everyone signed it too!!! Both the cake and the card were made with such love!!! We are soooo blessed!!! Thank You!!! What a wonderful 5th Anniversary Memory for us!!!! I am the luckiest woman ithe world!!!!! God Bless you!!! We love you all!!

There is something here for everyone!!!! They even have Horse Drawn Wagon rides thru Port Austin FOR FREE at this event!!!!! This is our 4th year we have attended this wonderful event!!!! It is a MUST GO TO!!!

Here we are at Embracing Our Earth IV at Laker High School April 26, 2008. First Notice the wonderful suit Raymond has on and the cool hat I have on!! All together all the paper Raymond recycled and the tuxedo I sewed it took us together collectively 40 hours. To the left we are with our Dear Dear Friend Bill Diller. He is pretty photo shy but we managed to get him to pose for this photo.

Next the lower photo is us with State Representative Terry Brown. We even "sorta" got Representative Brown to do the chicken dance with us.?? Kinda. :<) To the right is the group Tropical Mix we had the privilege to play and sing with!!! We had a blast dancing with them too with their steal drums!!! Thet Loved to sing and dance about The Lord so it was even better yet!!!!!!!!!!

Here is Raymond holding up one of the 7 bags of paper we were given by a dear freind. He ground the paper in a blender and made it into pulp and squeezed and squished and SMUSHED the water out as you can see in these photos getting ready for our first Spring Event we were invited to sing at called:"Embracing our Earth IV" at Laker High School April 25, 2008. What a wondeful event it was it made us very concious of how much we waste and don't re-use and don't recycle. It hs changed our lives!!!! We had wasted the precious gifts God gave u but not any more!!!! With this paper I sewed a Paper Tuxcedo and a Top Hat for Raymond and Raymond made 3 base ball type hats one for me to wear one to give the friend who gave us all the paper and one just for fun!!! We were very blessed to be asked to this event. It was a real NEW WAY OF Life Opener!!

Poor Hector how sad he must be to be standing there with Dave The Hamburger Head!!!! (Actually I put it on Dave's head to Bugg Hector !!What a good sport!!!) Hector and I did a Children's Nutrition Program at Harbor Beach Community School. A long time friend of Hector, Shelly Boehmer had asked Hector and I to preform this program but the nerve of them they had chicken roll up sandwiches to eat!!! Hector kept on telling everyone to eat them too!!! That could of been a cousin!!! That really Bugged me!!! Autumwood Banjo Début

Well, with Great Gratitude and Thanks I would like to Thank our Dear friend and Resident at Autumnwood Hospital Harold L. Smith for his prayers and encouragement to play banjo. Since we have been singing at Autumwood he and I struck up a great friendship. Harold told me “I played anything with strings on it.” Including banjo. He told me how he was a Nazarene Pastor and later in life how he and his wife had a “Nursing Home” Ministry. He told me you need to get going on that banjo and play it because it will add to your and Raymond’s Ministry!!” Then he said “I and my wife are going to get busy and pray.” Wow!!! And I believe they have!!! I can’t tell you it is like The Lord has given me a wild fire to play!!! I hear banjo music in my head as I am walking around just doing my daily chores at home!!!! I have been soooo blessed!!! Prayer has worked for my banjo playing!!! Harold and his wife Orpha got the ball just a movin’!! Before that for 4 years I have been a banjo wanna be trying and very discouraged now I have new hope, life and new music!!!! You know most people relate banjo music with "that's too twangie of music" but I truly believe The Lord is going to help me to make it lovely for Him!!!! Another Harold L. Smith Thank You--- Harold had his son Davis E. Smith, bring us 2 of the pieces of music he wrote to honor The Lord. One is named “The Other Side” (1984 D.E. Smith Publications Copyright) it was arranged by his son David.The other Harold wrote was named “Thanks” (Copyright D.E. Smith Publications U.S.A.)also arranged by his son David E. Smith. What a honor and joy it will be when we learn these songs and sing them and tell the story about Harold and Orpha’s prayers for me to play the banjo as I am playing Harold’s Wonderful Written songs on the banjo!!!! NOTHING IS IMPOSSIBLE FOR GOD!!! (Which it seemed impossible for me to play the banjo!!!) Thank You Harold and Orpha and all other’s that may have prayed for me to play banjo!!! With Much Love and appreciation, Susan L. Bugg and Raymond too!!!
One week later. Praise The Lord!!! I am soo happy I debuted my banjo when I did because now our dear brother and friend Harold L. Smith has gone home with The Lord. I am sooo happy to have met him !!! From his quick reaction to his wife "lets get busy and pray," he has inspired me to always be prepared to pray and encourage!!! Harold encouraged me even the last time I saw him here on this earth!!! I truly believe from all his friends and families stories of what a wonderful man he was he inspired many, many people to follow The Lords leading and be a light to the WORLD!!! What a honor and a privilege to know him!!!! God is soooo good!!!

During the time Raymond was in his Leprechaun "Getup" he got lots of cute comments about his "nice legs". Well, this was the cutest!!! One of the Residents had said Raymond had "Nice Legs" to our sweet friend and she she said"Yes he does" to the Resident and all of sudden we saw her TURN RED BLUE AND PURPLE WITH A DEFINITE BLUSH since she said that. Our sweet friend ran back and forth at the back of the room almost trying to like HIDE her RED PURPLE COLOR BUT THERE WAS NO WAY SHE COULD EVER HIDE THAT PRETTY BLUSHING COLOR!!!!! We thought that she was adorable and what a nice complement for Raymond!!! He does have very nice legs!!! But some of the costume's he has to wear to show those legs, poor guy!!!Darling!!!!! "Happy St. Patricks Day!!!! Here we are at Lakeview Extended Care & Rehab Facility, What a nice party the residents had!!!!! Everyone was ready to sing Irish Music!!!! Of coarse you couldn't have Irish music without a Lepricoln!!! Meet Raymond the Lepricoln!!! His costume was hot off the presses of my sewing machine!! We sing here every 2nd and 4th Tuesday of each month we join our friend Richard Roberts at this facility to have a whoppin' good time!!! What do you think of my costume and Raymonds? A friend had said to me joking, "You let your husband out of the house like that??" I am sooo blessed to have a husband that goes all out for the cause!!! The ladies noticed Raymond had nice legs! On that thought of Blessed with nice legs I would like to end with some Irish Blessings.

Raymond is such a wonderful, loving, thoughtful man and a wonderful sport for the cause of loving folks to bring them joy laughter and smiles. But most of all help to bring them get close and fall in love with the Real Prince, The Prince of Peace, Jesus Christ our Savior and Lord. Here we are at Sunny Acres in Bad Axe Michigan for a Valentines Birthday Party!!! Here (center photo)are some of the crowd of Love Buggs and the birthday boy on the left. The gentleman (Milton) next to me Volunteers at Sunny Acres and is the head of the Men’s Club here at Sunny Acres. The Men have Men’s Club is every Tuesday. (Also Milton is wearing a very famous wig that Kent Tibbits our Huron County Sheriff wore) Also here is a picture that is worth 1,000 words (right) Raymond is singing to our friend who can't hear but reads lips. Raymond is singing the song” Let me call you sweetheart," and look at her smile!!! Also, look how fun loving Sharon Activity Director is dressed in our Love Bugg wig!!! The Reluctant Clown At Autumwood in Deckerville

What A Wonderful Time we had at Autumwood at Deckerville Hospital in Deckerville!!! Even the Hospital Administrator was clowning around!!!! But at home didn't start wonderful. Here is the story- You see my Mother was a Clown, in parades at my Elementary School (I went to Zion Lutheran in Harbor Beach) and just for fun she loved to clown my Dad too, but that is a whole other story. In 1942 she made her wonderful clown costume. It stayed well preserved at my Cousin Jan's for years. 2 years ago she said "Susan I have your Mothers Clown Costume, would you like it??" I didn't even know where it had went and here Jan had been caring for it for a number of years!!! Well, now to the reluctant Raymond the Clown Story. Autumwood wanted to do a fun program to encourage and uplift its residents in January since it was after Christmas and snowy and they had to mostly stay in soooo Thus a fun Clown program staring Raymond The Clown!!!! Well, my husband wasn't real fond of my Mothers Clown Costume, she worked soooo hard on it tooo!!! Everyone say ahhh,

:<( Additional information: 3 years ago Raymond bought us Clown Shoes for Christmas wouldn't he think I would want to use them??? (Note: Again-I didn't even know where the costume was and if it hadn't been for my adorable cousin Jan well, I don't know when I would of got around to making a clown costume!!!)Going back to Raymond not being thrilled about the costume, I think he thought I was going to stuff it and make it very big and HOT but I wouldn't do that to my husband . (Though I made him a HUGE CHICKEN SUIT with a HUGE BIG FATTTT TAIL and me a itsy bitsy little chicken suit with a tiny little tail for the Depner Farm Chicken Maze in Caseville 2006 check it out The Depner Farm Corn Maze for someting wonderful to do!!!!!!!!!!) Hopefully the legacy carries on, our Son Eric sings and plays guitar and asked if he and his girlfriend Emilee could have Christmas Songs and the Cords for his guitar to go Christmas caroling. We gave Eric and Emilee Wonderful Christmas hats to wear for their Caroling. (they tried to go but plans change but maybe next year--but they wanted to but it was a start to give them a teaser to do what we do, always a hopefull MaMa I am) Eric is not at the Clown stage yet but maybe when he is older and has grandchildren he will see the importance of wearing his Grand Mothers Clown suit!!! Right In The Kisser Suprise Birthday Party

Here is Raymond's Suprise Birthday Party spent with some of our 6th-8th Grade Sunday School Students. Actually it was our Christmas Party 07 but really a surprise Birthday Party for Raymond . The teens made their very own personalized special Birthday cards for Raymond shot him with silly string we sang Christmas Carols, shot Raymond some more with silly string, ate dinner, shot Raymond with still more silly string what a fun night and what fun they had shooting "Mr. Bugg" with silly string!!!! Hopefully we are teaching our Sunday School Students that being a Christian is FUN too!!! Also, adults can have fun and a sense of humor also!!

Fun With The New Wig and just plain fun

We have a new wig!!!! A really fun wig!!!! The first one to wear this new wig was Our Very Own Huron County Sheriff, Sheriff Kent Tibbits.(Middle) The fun thing about it he has a lot of supporters!!! Folks wanted to wear the wig when they heard Sheriff Tibbits wore it!!! Here are just a couple photos of folks wearing the wig. Also, here is a photo that was taken at the Bad Axe Senior Fair 07 where Sheriff Kent Tibbits came up to Raymond and took his cap and put it on Raymond. Then I stuck Raymond's hat on Sheriff Tibbits!!! How wonderful to have our Huron County Sheriff with a fun and exciting sense of humor!!! When you think that the world is getting hopeless and in pitiful shape we can testify to the fact that there are folks EVERYWHERE who love to have fun, be silly and light hearted!!!! We bump into folks who love to be silly every single day of our lives!!!! God Bless you and remember if Life gives you lemons try to make lemonade!!!! Huron County Nature Center Candlelight Walk

Here it is the Second Saturday in December again this year has gone fast!! Here we are at Huron County Nature Center Annual Event a wonderful event toasting ourselves around the bonfire while others stroll through the Candlelight Walk. Upon finishing The Candlelight Walk everyone warms up with hot chocolate and this wonderfull bon fire and Christmas Carols and our Christmas Trivia!! The young man next to me is the Boy Scout who went through with help and lit all the votive candles along the trail for every ones enjoyment. It is our 4th year we have been here. Here is a description and directions to The Nature Center which also has other annual events. Such as the Ladies Slipper, which is Memorial Day Weekend, and all during the year they bring in Guest Speakers that have their heart set at preserving The Lords Beautiful Creation. The Huron Nature Center is Located in Michigan's Thumb, 9 miles East of Caseville or 9 miles West of Port Austin just off of M-25, turn South on Oak Beach Rd. to Loosemore Rd. East to the Nature Center entrance. 14 miles Northwest of Bad Axe. The Nature Center is located 45 miles west of Bay City following M-25, 90 miles north east of Flint and about 2 hours north of Detroit. No matter where in Southeastern Michigan, you are a short drive to one of the areas most beautiful areas. Huron County is proud of its fabulous shoreline as well as its productive farmland. The Nature Center is located between the two areas. To the north is Lake Huron and just a few miles south of the center are open fields. The Nature Centers wooded acres, once covering the entire thumb area, must be preserved for the enjoyment of all.(Huron County Nature Center Committee.) Next,The other photo we added we will call "Fascination with Rudolph's Nose" Raymond and I were singing Rudolph The Red Nose Reindeer and this little boys eyes lit up with the wonder and amazement that you see in little peoples eyes upon waiting to open gifts Christmas Morning. The little boy even wanted to touch Rudolphs Nose or is that Raymond's nose??? Being that it is Christmas Season we would like to ask you if you look with Wonder and Amazement like this little boy to The Saviour Of The World, Jesus, The One who this Whole Christmas Season is about? Here is a Wonderful Scripture with a Forever Promise for you--Jesus became a baby and grew up to die and rise again to save you from deaths awful chains forever!! For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counselor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace. Isaiah 9:6

We are soo blessed of the hospitality of facilities!!!We were doing our usual Turkey Program as Turkeys usually do at Thanksgiving time and Anette one of the cooks at Sunny Archers rushed in and wanted us make us at home!! She gave Tom a taste of what else!!! Nothing other than the Delicious Delectable Turkey she was making for hot Turkey Sandwiches the next day!! Tom wondered if it would be all right to eat this turkey since it could be a cousin and he will probably end up baked and set on a table just someday. But he thought," I am a prime Turkey Treat and I know this meat must be good," so in the spirit of being a good sport, loving good food, and the blessing of being thankful for Thanksgiving and living in the USA he tasted the Turkey and it was good. Tom the Turkey also added "After all if it wasn't for us turkeys what would Christopher Columbus have eaten! Pumpkins??" For that answer check out Tom's Thanksgiving and Turkey Trivia.

Ya Gotta Make Em Laugh

Here are our friends Art and Rita Glaza. Their Motto is"Ya Gotta Make Em Laugh" !!! Which has become one of our Motto's. This couple has been a wonderful inspiration to us. Art and Rita have been entertaining in Nursing Facilities for a very long time now. Art plays the spoons or sticks some folks call them , A 7 keyed Harmonica especially made for him, (very unique like him) and a Constantina Accordion. Art also tells many jokes does Abbott and Costello skits/sticks and loves people. Rita is his Cheerleader girl!!! She sits on the sidelines and roots him on to be funny and make "em laugh". Numerous times we have had the honor of playing with them and Rita is always pointing out to us, "Look over there those people their laughing and enjoying themselves." What a pleasure it has been to have them as dear friends. Raymond and I hope that when we are in our 80's also we still have the get up and go that they do!!!Right now they are staying for a short time in a Nursing Home Facility because Art hurt himself but they are STILL MAKING EM LAUGH!!!!!! They say until they go home with The Good Lord they will stop. But bet ya The Lord has wonderful plans for them in Heaven also!!!! They will always keep a joyful heart and that is our hoped for goal. Maybe it should be yours also?? God Bless.

Hunting Program and Having Lots Of Laughs At The Scheurer Hospital October Fest!!!

Here we are at Scheurer Hospitals October Fest!!!We thought doing a hunting program since hunting season is now begun would be a blast!!! We figured we'd bring our turkey hats, our deer head bands and our blond wigs to dress the men in to be a real dear or was that deer. Well as you can see by the photos The Scheurer Hospital Staff and residents love to have fun too!!! What a joy to these residents to have a staff that is sooo involved with them and love to lighten their days up by being silly. At the places we sing it is such a blessing because we see staff that give 100% like here At Scheurer Hospital!!! So with all this said we salute you staff of Scheurer Hospital and thank you for making our time with the residents and the residents time such a JOY!!! God Bless You All!!

Hey! Here is some hunting trivia we did at our program if you are a hunter.Hopefully they will be good tips for you. Raymond has been wanting to hunt with his Dad bought a licence last year but didn't go hunting . I don't even smush spiders. BUT, the one wonderful dear/deer (2 legged) I successfully hunted was Raymond believe me he was a very hard hunt, lots of strategies I had to use to hunt him down the best strategy I hunted him with was LOTS OF PRAYER!!!! So Girls, Here is my personal Dear/Deer Trivia, if you are on a hunt the kind of hunt The Lord has lead you to Pray A lot and Trust Him!!! If that dear/deer is meant for you The Lord will bring him!!!

1. If you are deer hunting on a flood plain and the woods are flooded, the best place to find your buck is on dry ground, because deer don't like to go into water. True or False
2. Question:
A hunter can tell a buck's track from a doe's track because the buck's track will be wider than the doe's track.
True False
The only way to tell a buck's track from a doe's track is if you spot the deer standing in the track. A large buck walking on hard ground may only leave a small track, while a doe running in soft mud may leave behind a wide track down to the dew claws.

Depner Farms Peppie The Chicken Here!! Well The Colonel Saunders and I were loose on the Streets of Harbor Beach for their Chili ("Tasting")Harvest Festival this weekend!!! It is a wonderful family fun event we love to come to every year!!! The day started out raining but turned into a Great Sunny Day!!!! The only FEAR I had as we walked around smelling the wonderful aroma of chili everywhere was that I would smell the aroma of a cousin or two!!! What do I mean by a cousin or 2??? WHITE CHILI!!!! CHICKEN CHILI!!!!!!Well, I smelled it and the smell was coming from The Corner Store. I was told by many people it was wonderful. The pretty young lady with us us Pam Semp the owner of The Corner Store and also co-cooker of the "White Chili" the other co-cooker is Lynn Haight a Harbor Beachieian who I am told lives very close to The Buggs from Harbor Beach.LOOK WHAT I HAD TO ENDURE!!! THE COLONEL AND PAM EATING WHITE CHILI IN FRONT OF ME!!!!The only good thing is everyone said it tasted wonderful, Of coarse Chicken Chili would be wonderful it is CHICKEN!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ohhh!!! Is that Bad Advertising to eat Chicken???Well, Peppie The Chicken signing off with 1 Word Of Advice" Don't Eat White Chili unless it is Pam's and Lynn's White Chili."

Our Friend Mae

Here is our friend Mae she is our 95 years old. Mae in this photo had just had all her teeth pulled and had gotten new teeth. During our performances we continue to dress the residents in fun things. This day we put a blonde wig on Mae. We handed Mae a mirror and she said "Wow I never knew I could look this pretty!!!" We encouraged Mae that she didn't need to have a wig to be pretty. Her sweet heart and her always ready smile lit up a room!!(even before she got her new teeth she always smiled. ) Our constant advice is if you are ever bored and don't know what to do, go to a Nursing Home Facility and give yourself the best gift you can give to someone who is lonely and just needs someone to talk to. Here is a special note about Mae:<) Our Dear Friend has a prosodic arm and often we clap when we sing songs. One day she said to me “I wish I could clap still.” I said to her” YOU CAN!!!” I took my hand and started to clap with her hand. Mae said to me “You made my day!!” So now most every time when we sing “If your happy and you know it”, “This is the Day The Lord Has Made” and “I’m Sooo Glad Jesus Set Me Free”. Mae claps with me!! What a joy Mae is and a blessing to others when people see Mae make lemonade!!!(When life gives you a lemon you make lemonade!!)

Karen's Place Concert 2007

The past 4 years we have gathered musicians together and done a outdoor Summer concert at a place we try to sing most regularly 2 times a month which is Karen's Place in Harbor Beach.(A home for folks with a variety of disabilities) The Owner Karen has 7 other homes (one home as far away as Saginaw) and brings all the folks from her other homes and her family too to enjoy a Big Picnic, the concert and HAVE LOTS OF FUN dancin' singing along and enjoying a nice summer day !!!This year we were blessed to have the group Thumb Printz, Frank,Don, & Jim Burgett and Clarence and Lawrence Ewald a Country Gospel Group from the THUMB of Michigan, (they are great and have great harmonies and really have a lot of joy when they sing!!!) Tim Hornbostel a young man who is a country singer/guitar player from Harbor Beach (maybe he will be the next Randy Travis), and Richard Roberts a fantastic banjo player from Harbor Beach. Now I would like to tell you about something fun we do at the concert . We had a Cd that we play throughout the day during intermissions and band changes my favorite song on this Cd is-- Girls Just Wanna Have Fun by Cyndi Lauper. We GIRLS (not boys) gather our pom pons together and dance in a big circle to this song, it is a blast!!!! I love watching ladies/girls from the age of 11-93 dance and have fun!!!! Two years ago we had a 93 year old girl who sings too as she lifts her pon poms in the air singing "Girls, Girls, Fun, Fun!!!!!" We love to see girls and boys of all ages love to have fun . (Including us!!!! We are just 2 big kids at heart!!!)It is our hope an prayer that wherever we go that we will help people to feel young again and have fun and see Jesus love and joy through us!!!

A fun story-When Raymond and I first got married we had a tea party, in the rain.(I told you it is something fun to do in the rain!!) Raymond made garbage bags into little rain coats and took a little table out in our front yard and a little china tea set that I had since I was a little girl (a long time ago!!!) and we had a tea party with the rain that was falling into our tea cups!!!! A Maze Of Dreams

Wow!!! A year has gone by and we are now getting ready to sing at The Maze of Dreams at The Depner Farms Corn Maze. This is what we looked like last year. Daniel Depner had made his maze shape into a chicken so we thought, "How Appropriate we would be if Raymond came as that "Finger Lickin' Good Fellow" and I as Peppie The Chicken" This year Daniel will have a "Flash Light Maze" some evenings, check the Depner Farm Website for dates of The Night Maze( Fun For Youth Groups or kids up to 100 better make that 110 because we have a 110 year old that lives in Harbor Beach) He dedicated The Maze Of Dreams to honor a friends parent who had struggled with and passed away from cancer. He also wanted to make the maze educational and thoughtful so "Maze of Dreams." was perfect!! He had pictures painted and quotes of people who have had their dreams come true put in the maze. Here are some of those people and their quotes."If you can dream it, you can do it" - Walt Disney : American animator who created the Mickey Mouse character. (1901-1966) Daniel has a beautiful 4 Foot high Mickey Mouse picture in the maze. Also, Daniel has a picture of DR. MARTIN LUTHER KING JR(1929-1968)Civil Rights Leader and his quote "No person has the right to rain on your dreams" There is a quote that didn't get done it is wonderful and I thought I will add it here. Also to be able to go into Nursing Home Facilities and love on people that are lonely, missing their families and need a laugh or a hugg or 2 Bugg's or may need someone just to sit listen and talk to them, (which we find the staff in ALL the Facilities do a great JOB OF!!!) or they may need someone to pray with them and tell them about Jesus which is my biggest blessing and a wonderful dream come true too. By the way, if you ever are bored and don't know what to do and have already IT LEAST gone to The Maze Of Dreams 10 times already this year, go to a Nursing Home Facility there is always someone who would love to play cards,love to just sit and visit or love to just have someone to show their old pictures to. NOW if you do come to Daniel Depner's "Maze of Dreams "or not, I challenge you to think of your life and of the things in your life that ARE a dream come true and the blessings you may have. My Mother always said"If life gives you lemons Make Lemonade!!!" It is all in how we choose to look at life. My Mother passed away from cancer 2 and 1/2 years ago and her life was always making "lemonade" even when every speck of her body hurt and she couldn't barley move. She was all about love and encouragement and looked to Jesus for His Perfect Love. We as humans are all about "Dreams" What's Your Dream??? What Blessings Do You Have?? Great Great Grand Bumpa goes to Soccer Camp

It has finally come, Soccer Camp June 2007!! Here is G.G. Grand Bumpa encouraging the children to enjoy the game even if they thought they were not a good Soccer player . He encouraged them to have fun and told them he tried his best also but, he wasn't a very good player striving for the most important things they would be learning would be to work as a team, respect each other as teammates and sometimes a good teammate even involves sacrifice, having to practice everyday and listen careful to instructions without talking to your friend who wanted to talk instead of listen and not always being first, and maybe even being last. This was a wonderful 4 days with the children who were eager to learn about Soccer and teamwork and most of all learn about how much Jesus loved them!! What a honor and a privilege we have had to work with these fine young people.

Now Susan Adds: Fantastic the beard gets shaved off this week because Soccer Camp is over!!! The beard was for a wonderful "cause" but I will be sure glad to see it go on Thursday at 2PM at Harbor House Senior Citizen Apartments in Harbor Beach at another beard program!!!We will invite the ladies to help shave off Raymonds beard if they wish also.God Bless.

Well here we were at Courtney Manor in Bad Axe, I was sooo happy shaving Raymond's awful beard off!!!! Now it is back!! Why? Well, during the time he had his last beard we created a new character called Great Great Grand Bumpa. You see we are helping plan a Vacation Bible School at our Church and we wanted to get the older folks involved so thus-- Great Great Grand Bumpa. (Raymond named him Bumpa because our Grandson Keaten will be calling Raymond that when he talks better) The moral to the story is Don't make a character that will have psychical changes to you.

The BIG Shave.

THE BIG SHAVE II
The next "Big Shave" will take place on April 23rd at 2:30P.M. at Courtney Manor in Bad Axe. Raymond: "I've had this beard for a little more than a month and the thrill is gone." Susan: "So will the beard on the 23rd." Susan: Another interesting thought, Raymond's Mother and Father will be here, I would love it if they would go with us to Coutney Manor and they could help shave Raymond!! Grief that Raymond may have caused his parents could be taken care of in a slip of the wrist or a slip the razor and a mohawk could be in order for my adorable husband. :<) (This wouldn't be the first time Raymond's Father gave him a mohawk)
THE BIG SHAVE

After a couple of months of scratching, we decided to shave it off during a performance.
